Fz1 wont wheely 6
Mine has been up about a half dozen times intentionally and probably 50 times unintentionally, particularly accelerating out of tight turns up hill. RNickeyMouse 3, views. so today, i tried doing a clutch like all the tips and advice here i at about 4k rpm, grab the clutch with index finger, rev it up to about k rpm then. Won't Wheelie I've got a SV that I can power wheelie in 1st. What I do is get it up to around 6 to 7 grandnd gear pin the. When im racing my friends fz1 and i shift into sceond the front comes up about 1foot. well then get up and try 6 grand the next time.

Actually what I meant from my post was not actually getting the wheel off the ground, launching it at rpm just gives you better torque when you let the clutch out and go full throttle and gets the wheel off the ground sooner. I grew up on big thumper dirt bikes that love to wheelie so I learned by doing and falling down, doing again etc, till I got it right.
But I am waiting on sprockets and chain which hopefully will get here early enough monday that I can change them.

One of the guy's I ride with in our local sportbike club: YouTube - 6 Mile Wheelie. I've had 3 R6's and was never really able to do a constant wheelie, but on my Husqvarna it's almost too easy. Yamaha FZ1 me 6' lbs. now with my wr its wayyyyy easier because its lighter and the mx bars are .
i have a CR, and i can understand how other bikes wont be like that. but man, it makes it.
I know this probably sounds funny to alot of you.
But i was wondering if anyone has wheelied their VFR. If so have you been able to ride it for a good distance?
